Message from Chef Stanley about our current chef’s creations:
New to the menu this week is the Lobster Lovers Linguini. If you love lobster, you’ll LOVE this dish. With large chunks of poached tail meat in this dish, it’s got the texture that we all expect when enjoying lobster. We have also adjusted the preparation of the Ahi Tuna. When this tuna came in today, I couldn’t help but eat some as sashimi. Another subtle, but noticeable, change we have made to the menu this week is that we have started curing the pork belly on the Jumbo Scallops with Pork Belly in house. Finally, we had to drop our very popular sweet potato crusted local grouper entrée due to a current lack of local supply. Expect a new, interesting fresh fish entrée on the menu sometime next week. Thank you as always for all of your ongoing support and remember to book your Valentine’s Weekend VIP reservations today. Cheers!!
